Accident Reconstruction

For over 30 years, Vollmer-Gray Engineering Laboratories has been a leader in the field of accident reconstruction. By incorporating the latest technological tools in our analyses, we continue to expand our technical capabilities. With enhanced field data acquisition equipment and computer resources, we can now download "black box" data from vehicles involved in an accident.* Through proper and intelligent use of accident reconstruction computer programs such as EDSMAC, EDCRASH, PC CRASH, PC RECT, and PhotoModeler we can provide almost unlimited insight into the events of an accident and present them in a clear, unbiased, and readily understandable manner.

Much of the work of accident analysis and reconstruction involves the application of Newtonian mechanics and the science of dynamics. Today, the development and application of these principles are almost exclusively the province of engineers.

All Vollmer-Gray engineers are degreed and licensed Professional Engineers who bring a depth of knowledge to each assignment tempered by practical, "hands-on" experience. Each engineer has extensive experience in all aspects of accident reconstruction and is prepared to handle every facet of an assignment, including evidence inspection, photography, analysis, reporting and courtroom testimony. In addition, the availability of in-house staff and supervisors offers the opportunity for peer review.
